By using ENGAGE, you agree to keep all such information confidential and to not disclose said information, including ENGAGE itself, to any third party without the prior written consent of Williams Lea LLC. You further agree that you will not reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to reproduce ENGAGE or any of its features in any way. You hereby agree that all improvements made to ENGAGE belong exclusively to Williams Lea LLC and you agree to take all necessary steps to ensure that all such improvements are assigned to Williams Lea LLC. Your use of ENGAGE may be revoked or suspended at any time by Williams Lea LLC in its sole discretion.
